Arden Leigh is the creator and facilitator of The Re-patterning Project, in which she helps “guide you through the process of learning your human system so that you can make the unconscious conscious, see the things you can’t see, and decide what to keep and what to change” when it comes to things like trauma imprints and social conditioning, and ultimately leading you toward creative freedom. She not only shares about her own healing journey that led to the creation of this program, she also shares how creating music with her band Arden and the Wolves has and continues to be a powerful source of processing and healing through her own traumas.
This one really goes deep, folks, as Arden, Carlos, and Satch also discuss some of the pitfalls of the coaching industry as well as love, relationships, secure attachment, and the concepts of soulmates and twin flames. It’s hard to deny this is one of our more powerful episodes worth every minute of the journey. Enjoy!
